All our Channel Support Agents (“CSA”) are attached to one or several Business Partners in a territory. As a CSA, you would work with our Business Partners to provide technical support services to their respective customers. All Channel Support Agents are direct agents of our Business Partners.

Our Channel Support Agents are trained to undertake a lot of activities and task that keeps the Business Partners businesses going, including:

  • Atmospheric Water Generator machine delivery to end users from our Business Partners to end user
  • Setup of the Atmospheric Water Generator machines at the end users premises
  • Atmospheric Water Generator machine maintenance
  • Atmospheric Water Generator machine retrieval from end users

  • End user education and support
